The Cummulaticve Cash and Stock dividends declared since inception to
December 31,2000 is Rs. 2,317 million

The extra ordinary reduction in assets for 1998 is mainly due to repayment of foriegn currency deposits which were not replaced due to the new foreign currency ragime in the country.
