17, 2012 and recommended the
Annual Accounts for the
approval of the
shareholders.
PACRA (Pakistan Credit
Rating agency) has upgraded
the long term entity rating
of Pak Kuwait to AAA (Triple
A) and maintained the short
term entity rating at A1+ (A
one Plus),already at the
highest level. JCR-VIS
Credit Rating Company has
reaffirmed the long term
credit ratings of AAA
(Triple A) and short term
entity rating of A1+ (A one
plus). JCR-VIS has upgraded
the corporate governance
rating of Pak Kuwait to
CGR-9. CGR-9 denotes a very
high level of corporate
governance.
